All items are produced from full grain vegetable-tanned leather, mostly from tanneries in the USA and Italy. Leather is a natural product, thus each item has unique grain characteristics and could include natural blemishes. These are not defects.
Natural leather absorbs dyes and oils at variable rates, so minor color differences are normal and contribute to the character of each piece. Over time, the oils from your skin will impart patina to your wallet.
If your leather goods require repairs due to a defect, please contact Windy Raven (with images) and a repair estimate will be issued; you just cover the return shipping. Windy Raven will fix or replace the item for free if you contact them within 14 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that any damaged stones (inset or hanging) cannot be repaired. Leather is a natural material and there is a lifetime expectation for the materials.
If the leather is damaged as a result of a lack of regular care, like applying oil or conditioner, the warranty will be void.

The purchaser assumes all legal responsibility for the possession, ownership, transportation, and use of Windy Raven tools. Windy Raven is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred.
Windy Raven guarantees all of its tools for life. If a tool fails while being used for its intended purpose (by the original purchaser), it will be fixed or replaced at no charge. This guarantee does not cover misuse, such as utilizing the tool as a breaching tool or multitool. Any modifications will cancel this warranty.
This guarantee excludes natural materials, regular wear, and damage caused by overuse, carelessness, or foolishness.
