Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please notify Windy Raven as soon as possible. If Windy Raven is contacted before the order ships, there will be no cancellation fees.

Please keep in mind that once you have committed to a custom order, cancellation of these projects will be subject to cancellation fees that are based on the project and its stage of completion.

All sales are final after an item has shipped.

Return/Exchange Policy

Each Windy Raven item is handmade for you, so each one is unique. If you are dissatisfied with the craftsmanship of your purchase, please notify Windy Raven within 14 days of receiving the products so that we may find a solution, provide you with a replacement, or exchange it.

Please keep in mind that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged; however, if there is a defect in craftsmanship, Windy Raven will fix or replace the item for free if you contact them within 14 days of delivery.

If a refund is determined to be the best course of action, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us. Once your return is received and processed (please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed), you will receive an email notification and your refund will be issued immediately. A refund will be issued back via the original purchase method.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required before your order can ship. All prices are in US currency. We accept PayPal and most major credit cards via our secure payment processor. All sales are final.

Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship orders within 3 business days for in stock products, however, that is not guaranteed.

All orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. If you require a different carrier, please email info@windyraven.com as soon as possible. The fee will be determined individually, and you may be responsible for the price difference.

We will send you an order confirmation email; please review it and make sure the shipping information is correct. If you identify an error, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for paying the additional shipping fee to ship your order a second time.

You will receive another email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please allow up to three business days for shipment; we reside 25 miles (one way) from the nearest mail drop off location, and we attempt to group orders together when shipping. We pack orders every day, so if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. Windy Raven will not sell your information under any circumstance. .

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, such as to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via email (info@windyraven.com):

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Orders:

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
